We take many major Health Insurances. Deductibles and co-pays are due at time of service. If you do not have insurance please see below for our self-pay prices. Blood work is not included unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change and it is always best to verify with our office to ensure understanding of self-pay for services and procedures offered. Self-pay is due at time of visit. Motor vehicle accidents cannot be billed to your health insurance and care must be paid at time of service. Your automobile insurance is responsible to re-imburse you if included in your coverage.

Eagle Creek Urgent Care in Indianapolis specializes in urgent care services, providing acute and injury care, Sport and CDL physicals, and chronic condition acute changes. Our facility boasts on-site x-ray services for immediate diagnosis.
With a focus on personalized care, we offer acute illness treatment, suturing, injury and fracture care, chronic care changes, incision and drainage of abscesses, ingrown nail removal, and many more services and treatments. Our dedicated staff ensures every patient receives the attention and treatment needed to facilitate a swift recovery. We provide many in house rapid result labs as well as an onsite phlebotomist to draw blood to diagnose or monitor your condition.
